Wrecked Distribution is an online retailer specializing in experimental electronic music — breakcore, IDM, industrial, and other boundary-pushing sounds that major distributors won’t carry.
What It Does
- Full e-commerce storefront with product listings, search, and filtering
- Custom shopping cart and checkout flow
- Inventory management system (CMS) for adding/updating stock
- User account system with order history
- Vendor integration for importing from labels directly
Built From Scratch
Long before the era of Shopify and WooCommerce, this store was built entirely from scratch using PHP and MySQL. Every part of the stack — from the database schema to the front-end templates — was designed and coded by hand.
This project is one of the longest-running codebases in the portfolio, continuously maintained and updated since 2001.
